We have used this vet for years. To begin, the front desk staff has always been lovely. We took my dog in on a Monday (after being at a local emergency vet on Sunday). I brought the report (that included concerns about possible heart issues). I emailed it after requested by the tech. They did blood work & an X-ray on my dog and prescribed antibiotics. I was completely dismissed of all of the other issues my dog was having. He died 2 days later. While, I’m not sure anything could have saved him, it could have been a lot more humane. It was after hours and we had no idea what to do to help him. I emailed this office asking to speak to the practice manager and was told she was out on vacation but she would contact me the following week. No contact, and I emailed again with no response. The very least they could have done was call me back about the serious lack of hearing us out about our dog. Be very careful if you’re looking for a vet who will truly hear your concerns.
